Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the United Kingdom for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the effective operation of the platform. The Support Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance, optimize solutions, and support system upgrades and integrations. Strong documentation and communication skills will be critical to delivering high-quality service and assisting end-users.
