Job Description:

• Lead the development workstream on D365 F&SCM engagements — owning X++ extensions, custom services, data entities, and complex integrations end-to-end.
• Design and build Copilot Studio plugins, Azure OpenAI components, and AI-powered F&O extensions that move client outcomes — not science-project work.
• Own integration design and build across Dual-write, virtual entities, OData, custom services, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Run code reviews as a teaching tool — including AI-generated code review discipline that catches the silent technical debt GitHub Copilot can introduce.
• Partner with the Functional team to translate functional design into technical design — and push back where the functional design has missed a technical implication.
