We are looking for a Microsoft expert who can combine hands‐on development with strong citizen enablement and AI‐driven solution design, supporting both Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystems.ResponsibilitiesSupport and enable Citizen Developers, especially in:Copilot Studio (AI agents/copilots/conversational solutions)Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)Act as coach and mentor for the community, promoting best practices, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.Ensure quality through:Defined quality gatesSupport troubleshooting and problem resolution across platform and architecture layersProactively identify opportunities to improve services and accelerate adoptionQualificationsRequired:Willing to assist to the office in Zapopan, Jalisco.
