This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a hands-on team member who can balance field service work with technical support, delivering dependable solutions across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and end-user systems. The role involves frequent onsite support, strong customer interaction, and practical troubleshooting for both residential and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:
