**What is expected of you and others at this level:**

+ Work independently and diligently to provide time sensitive support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues.
+ Able to design, create or develop permanent solutions and/or work around to escalated/submitted issues or requests
+ Coordinates with user requests through discussions and coordination with internal and external resources
+ Provides education and trainings to users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent problem reoccurrence.
+ Maintains ownership for assigned end user productivity platforms and capabilities, such as virtual environments and collaboration toolsets, and addresses service outages.
+ Able to lead people on projects and other undertakings.
+ Create, design and present periodic and critical reports.
