Job Description
Responsible for the quality and operation of the QC Microbiology department in SGS Life Science Services. The incumbent must be capable of multi-tasking in order to meet the required sample, turn around time and client Training SOP for training and training records.
Provide technical support to clients in relation to Validation / Verification.Organize client offsite / onsite meetings as required.Assist Sales and Marketing with technical support opportunities.Review technical data, documents and proposals as required.Write protocols, technical reports for department and provide customer with quotations for technical work.In case of Customer complaints regarding quality, perform investigation and revert to customer within one business day.
