Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at our MHR clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Lead a team of coordinators
Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients
Compile month-end reports and address deviations
Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients
Manage code of conduct 
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 
Diploma or degree in Nursing or
Diploma or a degree in EMC
DESIRED EDUCATION: 
Diploma or a degree in Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

At least 2 – 3 years as a Registered nurse or ALS in a managerial role



Experience in the Healthcare industry
