MHE Trainer

Responsibilities

• Train and certify all relevant team members to be fully able to handle an MHE in a safe manner
• Maintain clear database of MHE authorized operators and certification status
• Instruct the correct method of safety operation to the employees in the unit of responsibility
• Keep attendance, training result record, evaluation training result record and other records
• Report training result and evaluation result to relevant parties
• Liaise with managers, safety and supervisor to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Working with MHE trainer on site to Conduct MHE defensive driving training, workshops and MHE practical training
• Prepare educational MHE training material such document, videos curriculum etc.
• Design effective training programs
• Keep attendance, training result record, evaluation training result record and other records
