**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AHU engineering software solutions, from requirements definition to deployment and sustainment.
+ Translate engineering rules into scalable, maintainable solutions using Java.
+ Drive technical decision-making, including architecture, implementation approach, and tool selection.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and solution design.
+ Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
+ Write well-designed, testable code.
+ Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
+ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
+ Lead team coordination efforts, including task prioritization, workload distribution, and execution tracking.
+ Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies.
+ Ensure alignment between stakeholder priorities and development execution.
