Job Overview

The NPD&LCE manager is responsible for leading a group of engineers developing new products and sustaining existing products, and innovative application solutions in conjunction with internal teams (Product Management, Project Management, Sales, Operations).
The Engineering Manager coordinates the deployment of resources to work on engineering projects focused on the development of new products focusing on both general market platforms, derivatives thereof and customer special products.
