 Ensures that AUT EMEA's molding departments are technically and technologically positioned to be a source of competitive advantage and are capable of delivering the long term (5+ years) performance needed by the business
 Optimization and standardization of our molding processes in AUT EMEA. (molds, processes & methods )
 Monitoring, controlling and reporting of running projects by customizing the projects to plant individual needs 
 Developing of new concepts for molding processes and production together with the Center of Excellence (CoE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Tool & Die (T&D)
 Developing and rolling out best practices (SDP) and CoE projects across all AUT EMEA locations
