Job OverviewProcess leader for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Headers, Connectors, HEMS & Contactors manufacturing engineering strategy to establish operations as a competitive advantage; lead Engineering team to meet and exceed KPIs of manufacturing area.Lead strategy to improve equipment safety, performance, OEE, PFMEA robustness, COPQ reduction, Safety, between other KPIs.Support current & introduction of new product and processes within the Engineering Organization.Support the operations on a Value Stream and to lead the process continuous improvement process.Responsible for the Lean / TEOA tools related with the Engineering function.Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
