• Develop and implement Headers, Connectors, HEMS & Contactors manufacturing engineering strategy to establish operations as a competitive advantage; lead Engineering team to meet and exceed KPIs of the manufacturing area.
• Lead strategy to improve equipment safety, performance, OEE, PFMEA robustness, COPQ reduction, and safety between other KPIs.
• Support current and new product and processes within the Engineering Organization; lead process continuous improvement; responsible for Lean / TEOA tools related to the Engineering function.
