Job Description

Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center is a bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents ages four through eighteen. The , square foot facility is situated on approximately acres in the southeast corner of Alabama, less than miles from both Florida and Georgia. In addition to the living units, the facility houses the New Day Academy; a state-supported year-round K-th grade school with vocational opportunities. The hospital employs approximately staff members.

Laurel Oaks is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as Milieu Manager. The Milieu Manager is Responsible for providing real-time training and coaching of new MHTs on the units, to include completion of competency assessments.
