MFG TS Manager (IMX墨西哥)

Responsibilities

• Lead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues.
• Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues.
• Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability.
• Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedures, and team training.
• Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics.
• Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts.
• Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI).
• Provide technical support to help solve process and quality maintenance problems.
• Provide RD/MFG quality analysis feedback.
• Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
