Overview
Lead Manufacturing Excellence Agenda under TPM umbrella in Plant to deliver Best in Class efficiencies. Drive TPM culture by making Pune Factory as TPM CoE. Act as facilitator for TPM activities Drive lean manufacturing concept in factory Drive and monitor plant led productivity projects in Power Steering Deliver at least 1 Green Belt projects every year Mentor Kaizen Leader/GB projects Design and Lead Quarterly Manf. Excellence Engagement Programs. Engage with Region LSS and Manf. Excellence Leads and drive horizontal replication of Best Plant Practices.
