Key Accountabilities

Equipment Optimization & Efficiency

+ Drive continuous improvement of equipment performance (OEE) through optimization and technical upgrades

+ Improve equipment utilization and enhance workforce productivity through process improvements

Maintenance Management

+ Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in executing preventive maintenance (PM) and routine inspections

+ Ensure maintenance activities comply with standard operating procedures and reliability targets

Spare Parts & Cost Control

+ Manage spare parts inventory, optimize stock levels, and reduce unnecessary consumption

+ Drive cost-saving initiatives related to maintenance and equipment lifecycle management

Team Development

+ Deliver technical training to maintenance technicians and enhance their troubleshooting capabilities
