Summary

Supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the production personnel to ensure compliance with the company's manufacturing schedules, guaranteeing product quality, efficient use of resources, and adherence to industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with the daily/weekly production plan.
• Distribute tasks to operational personnel based on workloads and equipment capabilities.
• Ensure the correct allocation of resources (materials, tools, and machinery).
• Verify that the manufacturing processes for restorers (or retrievers/reconditioners, depending on context) and sectioning equipment are carried out according to drawings, technical procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure that cycle times are met without compromising quality.
