McCallie Associates Inc, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Laboratory Metrologist to join our team and support the NASA Laboratory Services Contract at John C. Stennis Space Center. The Laboratory Metrologist is the first line supervisor for Metrology Technicians in their respective laboratory and provides guidance and leadership to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. The Laboratory Metrologist interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies and operates with a moderate degree of independence under established policies and procedures with supervision from the Measurement Standards and Calibration Laboratory (MS&CL) Manager. The Laboratory Metrologist receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from the MS&CL Manager and/or Sr. Metrologist as needed.
