Job Description

 Job : Main missions:

 Establish instructions, technical documents, and programs necessary for the manufacturing of items within the given deadlines

 Analyze and improve manufacturing processes

 Handle costing, creation of manufacturing routes, and bills of materials

 Develop the standard time base for manufacturing routes and define workstations, optimizing quality, productivity, and safety

Main activities:

 Produce prototypes

 Develop product technical data sheets

 Calculate the cost price (costing)

 Develop the operational route and the manufacturing flowchart

 Launch the program on machines and monitor machine parameter settings

 Codify Finished and Semi-Finished articles

 Develop the bill of materials on JDE, and ensure its update
