Responsible for the evaluation of any system, methods and process to ensure efficiency of business operations and to recommend further improvement as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follows work plans and takes direction laid out by the Section Head.
• Evaluates proposed draft of circular / manual by Bank units.
• Ensures conformity with standard format of documentation.
• Identifies and recommends further improvements (if necessary) to ensure attainment of optimal level of quality.
• Reviews, evaluates and re-designs forms (as may be necessary) to meet reporting and operational requirements.
• Coordinates recommendations with concerned Bank units.
• Conducts manning level analysis / work measurement and establishes ideal manpower complement / expected output to serve as standards in aid of planning and performance measurement when necessary. <...
