Meter Reader

We are hiring METER READERS in your postcode now; no experience is required.

Responsibilities

Collect meter data from gas, electricity, and water meters for both commercial and residential properties. Update reads accurately throughout the day on a handheld device, enter details at each location, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Manual UK Driving Licence (minimum 1 year, maximum 6 points, no DUI offences)
• Physically fit and able to bend in tight spaces, lift, kneel, climb stairs, crouch, and walk 4–5 miles a day
• Clear DBS check (no unspent criminal convictions)
• Credit report check (no county court judgments, IVA, debt relief orders recorded for the last 6 years)
• 5 years employment history
• Previous customer‑service experience (preferred)
