Position Summary
Lead the technical support strategy for automotive industry customers, serving as a key link between OEM customers, sales, operations, and metallurgical teams. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting technical problem‑solving, leading product qualification activities, and contributing to business growth through strong metallurgical expertise and a customer‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing personal and team safety in all activities and actively supporting the company's safety culture. Support and manage the North America and Europe Metallurgical Technical Representatives team, driving continuous improvement while promoting the company's core values of safety and leadership.
