We’re looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead a busy metallurgical laboratory in Welshpool. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating projects, working closely with clients, and making sure laboratory work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
The role will be directly involved with our expansion stage into a new, larger facility located in South Guildford, allowing the new manager to guide the metallurgical laboratory through a growth transition to larger opportunities.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, projects and testing programs to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, team members, suppliers and contractors through clear, regular communication.
