What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
• Launch, test, and scale offers with a clear performance mindset
• Work inside Meta’s Andromeda update and understand how it impacts structure, creative, and optimization
• Analyze performance data daily and make decisive optimizations
• Collaborate internally on creative angles, hooks, and messaging
• Improve lead quality, not just cost per lead
• Own performance outcomes across assigned accounts
