We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist - MS Teams to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Experience and knowledge of the following technologies:
o Microsoft Teams, SFB
o MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect
• MS Teams administrator Direct routing with MS Teams / MS-teams PSTN Direct routing. Configuring and Managing Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams
• Manage team and channels in Microsoft Teams Audio conferencing users
• Troubleshooting MS Teams client issues for end user’s support.
• Performing change management activities which respect to adding new features/components, Configurations change/update, best practices, security...
