Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in requirement analysis, business process review, and on-site implementation of MES projects.

2. Work closely with the Project Manager to follow up on implementation plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure project quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.

3. Provide technical support and maintenance for MES systems after go-live; analyze and troubleshoot issues based on user feedback and drive continuous system improvements.

4. Support system configuration, customization, and integration according to business needs; participate in feature design, testing, and deployment.

5. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and user guides; track and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
