Summary

The Senior Technician, IT Site Services is primarily responsible for attending to all MES system and IT technical problems reported on the factory floor to sustain production continuity. The incumbent may also attend to the offices and other areas from time to time. Other responsibilities include MES system support installing and configuring PCs, maintaining and upgrading clients, applications & operating system.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Provides direct support on all MES functionality & IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines in real-time

Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of MEs software within the manufacturing environment.
