:Act as a performance coach for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management assisting Financial Advisor Practices and Advisory Branch Managers and Market Leadership teams in developing and executing strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Financial Advisors and their respective teams, and ultimately enhancing the client experience. Assist in building truly effective teams which have a tremendously positive influence on the performance of the organization, and can be a critical driver of shareholder value. The MPC will engage in research, content development, and program execution related to organization design and best practices.
