A well-regarded midsized law firm in the north Seattle area is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join their established team. This highly collaborative, client-focused firm specializes in business, real estate, estate planning, commercial litigation, and more. Salary and Benefits:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000 based on experience with generous additional bonus earnings. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (100% firm-paid premiums); participation in the firm’s 401(k) plan with a 3% match; unlimited PTO; nine paid holidays; health club membership and other perks.
