FeedMe in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new merchants on their POS platform. This role involves direct communication with merchants to collect their requirements, assist in menu building, and handle configurations needed for a successful launch.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in onboarding or customer success, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. A competitive salary and hybrid work arrangements will be provided.
