Merchandising Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Merchandising Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead merchandising initiatives and strengthen product visibility across key accounts.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within merchandising, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, retail pharmacy operations, and distribution channels
• Proven experience in handling drugstore chains, hospitals, and key accounts
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
