Merchandiser Supervisor

Position Title: Merchandising Supervisor


Mission:

Responsible for managing and coaching the merchandisers on site in a way to ensure excellent visibility and proper placement of the products.



Job duties and responsibilities:
•Improve the image of the Group’s brands through the effective merchandising plans and activities

• Conduct Site visits & check up

• Study the Market in terms of Competition, prices, Consumer Behavior and other factors that might affect the Company’s market share.

• Manage, Train and develop the merchandisers within the department.

• Implement sales promotions to increase revenues and minimize markdowns


Job Context:
• Works at on the spot (supermarket and key accounts stores)

• Timetable: Monday till Friday from 7.30 till 16:00 and Saturday from 7.30 till 1.00
