This position focuses on maintaining harmonious relationship with trade partners, ensuring efficient customer service, and fulfilling compliance and sales objectives across all outlets.

• Maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt efficient customer service at all times
• 100 compliance to journey plans
• Adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives
• Achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility, BDA implementation, or share of space as per market share planograms
• Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy
• Follow FIFO and prompt execution of all display drives
• Ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
• Manage trade-returns within agreed levels
• Highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior)
• Ensure 100 implementation of all visibility contract and promptly repo...
