Sales & Business Performance:

• Track Sales performance against budgets & KPIs
• Drive initiatives to improve sell through, conversion & category contribution
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through activations, events, CRM, campaigns, Promotions
• Prepare Weekly, monthly business reviews with actionable insights
• Tracking of Budgets & closely monitory ROI, Spends
• Data Analysis & projection basis inputs on campaigns, KSMs, activations

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with cross functional teams like marketing, CRM, Supply chain, finance, Operations
• Collaborate on campaigns, launches, promotions & customer engagement
