We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will act as the vital link between our clients and production teams, managing the entire garment development and production lifecycle. You will ensure that samples and final products meet client specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Core Responsibilities Account Management: Manage client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for order status, specifications, and modifications. Production Tracking: Monitor the entire production process from order placement to final dispatch, ensuring timelines are strictly met. Sampling Coordination: Oversee the development and approval of proto, size-set, and pre-production samples in coordination with the design and sampling rooms.
