Merchandiser

A popular accessories retailer are looking for a merchandiser to join their team on a 3 month FTC.

In this role youll work closely with the Buying, Design, and Planning teams to build and deliver a compelling product range that meets customers' needs and reflects the latest trends. Youll take ownership of department strategy, trade performance, and stock managementensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and build seasonal ranges in collaboration with the Buying and Design teams

Monitor trading performance and make in-season recommendations to maximise sales and profitability

Forecast and manage stock levels to minimise markdown and optimise sell-through

Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the accessories category
