Merchandise Planner

We are partnering with several high performing retail organisations as they continue to invest in their Planning capability across Australia.

These roles sit within fast paced, commercially driven environments where Planning is a core driver of profitability, inventory optimisation, and long term growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will join established Planning teams where your commercial insight and analytical capability will directly influence business outcomes.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
• End to end merchandise and assortment planning
• Ownership of sales, margin, OTB, WSSI, and stock flow
• In season trading, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Close collaboration with Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Supporting category strategy and long range planning
• Driving disciplined stock management across multiple channels
