Working with Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand, this role involves leading the Fresh merchandise team to deliver visual merchandising excellence and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own 'Fresh' and lead the Merchandise team to ensure visual merchandising excellence in store.
• Consistently present products with a focus on placement, appeal, and quality to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all merchandising activities.
• Champion Freshness & Quality: Conduct regular walks and audits to ensure high standards of quality and freshness, particularly for fresh food production.
• Drive Visual Merchandising Excellence: Oversee planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, stock loss, markdowns, and ensure consistent campaign alignment across all displays.
