MEP Tendering Engineer

• Review tender documents including drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Coordinate with procurement, technical office, and project management teams.
• Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions during the tender stage.
• Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP tendering or cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
