MEP Technical Director – Data Centres

Egis is building its data centre capability across the UAE and wider MESA region. We are seeking a Technical Director to lead the technical direction of that emerging practice - setting standards leading major bids and acting as our senior technical authority on mission‑critical work. Reporting to the Regional Director - MEP this is a leadership role with real scope to shape a practice from the ground up backed by the reach and resources of a global consultancy.

• Provide technical leadership and sign-off authority across all data centre projects in the region
• Define and maintain MEP/ELV design standards and delivery frameworks for mission‑critical work
• Lead technical input on major bids and proposals across the MESA region
• Build and mentor a specialist data centre team within a 400 strong MEP/ELV practice
• Engage with clients hyperscalers EPCs and authorities at Director level
