MEP Technical Coordinator

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or related construction engineering disciplines PEB-recognised qualifications will be an advantage.

. Minimum 6 years of hands-on MEP design experience in large-scale building and construction projects in Singapore.

. Proficient in Singapore's MEP-related codes and standards (e.g., SS530, SS 394, BCA Green Mark requirements).

Job Description

. Review and coordinate all MEP drawings to ensure full alignment with architectural and structural teams, in compliance with BCA regulations.

. Monitor and coordinate fire stopping works for all wall and floor penetrations, in line with Singapore's fire safety codes (e.g., SS 495).

. Plan and organise the spatial arrangement of service shafts, vertical risers and piping routes to optimise space utilisation and building efficiency.
