MEP Superintendent

MEP Superintendent (Mechanical & Plumbing Focus) The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the field execution, coordination, and quality of all mechanical and plumbing systems on large‐scale gaming and hospitality projects. This role leads subcontractor performance, ensures installations align with project documents and sequencing, and drives schedule, safety, and quality outcomes. The position requires strong knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems, and plumbing infrastructure, with the ability to manage complex, fast‐paced environments including casinos, hotels, back‐of‐house operations, and amenity spaces. Key Responsibilities Field Execution & Oversight Lead day‐to‐day field operations for mechanical and plumbing scopes.
