MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: Northamptonshire Work Pattern: Hybrid (34 days on site) Start: Immediate We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a leading MEP subcontractor delivering a major hospital project. This is an immediate requirement, ideally suited to candidates with strong NEC Option C experience and a background in complex healthcare or live environment projects. The role will focus on commercial management of MEP packages, including cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration.
