MEP Project Engineer

Hiring | Project Manager – MEP (Hospitality Projects)
We are strengthening our in-house project team for the renovation and expansion of operating hotels. This role is for a hands-on MEP Project Manager who takes end-to-end ownership, not a coordinator working through consultants.
Role Overview
The MEP Project Manager will be fully accountable for design coordination, execution, testing, and statutory compliance of all MEP systems across phased hotel renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and approve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & ELV drawings
- Own service routing, ceiling coordination, shafts, and toilet core interfaces
- Ensure MEP execution aligns with interior finishes and civil works
- Manage vendors and contractors through execution, testing, and commissioning
- Lead testing, commissioning, and statutory certifications
