Job Description

The complete governance, planning, execution, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the entire High Rise Luxurious Project
Project Planning & Strategy
Develop and own the comprehensive MEP execution plan aligned with the overall project master schedule.
Establish MEP milestones, resource histograms, procurement schedules, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Lead MEP constructability reviews at design, procurement, and pre-construction stages.
Define the MEP phasing strategy to align with the project's luxury delivery standards and client expectations.
Conduct risk assessments for MEP scope and implement mitigation measures proactively.
Design Management & Technical Leadership
