Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for the full MEP function — from maintaining milking parlors and cooling systems to managing electrical distribution, generators, and water supply networks. This is a senior, on‑site leadership role in a dynamic and growing agricultural operation.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical

• Operate and maintain milking parlors, pumps, compressors, motors & ventilation
• Maintain milk chillers, bulk tanks & cooling systems
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules & troubleshoot breakdowns
• Supervise feed handling and manure management systems
