MEP Cluster Manager - Job description

The incumbent will be responsible to add value to business through the role as Cluster MEP Head in Operation Team

This role will manifest from CD, SD, DD, tender, GFC stage and conclude with successful handing over of project to customers by delivering projects on time with high quality by providing JOY to Customers.

Role will be responsible for multiple projects under the defined Cluster in the Region.

Design co-ordination along with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial /Strategy

Technical Inputs for projects

Inputs to Costing team

Optimization of CoC cost

Cost optimization measures to control COC

Review of all engineering deliverables (DBR, typical calculations, SLDs, drawings at all design stages, tender drawings, BOQ and specifications)

a) to ensure safe engineering of MEP services as per relevant codes & regulatory compliance
