MEP Head - High Rise Tower

The Project Lead – MEP – Site is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works of High Rise Towers at the site, ensuring timely completion, high quality standards, and adherence to safety, statutory, and design requirements. The role demands cross-functional coordination with design, civil, planning, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure successful project execution and handover.

Develop and implement site execution plans for HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and other MEP services in line with the overall project timeline. Review GFC drawings, raise RFIs where necessary, and monitor installation schedules against key milestones.

Interface actively with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams to ensure coordinated service routing and conflict-free installations. Lead MEP coordination meetings, oversee clash detection and resolution, and ensure seamless integration with the building f...
