We are seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to lead the commercial and cost management aspects of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a large-scale, high-specification facility project. This role will support the delivery of a technically complex development involving mission-critical systems, precision engineering, and stringent operational requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, procurement excellence, and robust contract administration across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed MEP cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct cost benchmarking and value engineering for critical building systems (HVAC, cleanroom environments, electrical infrastructure, ELV, BMS, etc.)
